Who we are
This website is operated by CJR Water Tight Roofing & Property Services, trading as Water Tight Roofing, a roofing and property services business operating across Hampshire and surrounding areas. You can contact us by phone on 07845 943925 or by email at cjrwatertightroofing@gmail.com.
What information we collect
When you use the enquiry form or contact us directly we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the town or postcode of the property, the type of work you need and anything you write in the message box.
If you call or email us, we hold the contact details and job information needed to quote and carry out the work.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out a roof inspection, prepare and send a quote, carry out any work you go ahead with, and keep records of that work including photographs of the property where relevant.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Photographs
We take photographs of roofs before, during and after work as part of how we operate, so customers can see the condition of their roof and the work carried out. If you would prefer photographs of your property were not used anywhere other than in your own job record, tell us and we will respect that.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to provide the service, honour any guarantee that applies to your work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and this website
This website embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact page, which may set cookies controlled by Google. Other than that, the site is a straightforward set of pages without advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with your request.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
