Our story
I started CJR Water Tight Roofing & Property Services with a simple goal: to provide honest, reliable and high-quality work that customers can trust.
What began with smaller roofing jobs and repairs has grown through hard work, recommendations and a commitment to doing every job properly. I've built the business around putting customers first and taking pride in every project, big or small.
Today, I'm proud to offer a wide range of roofing and property services to homeowners across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. My aim is to keep building a trusted local business known for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Homeowners and landlords with a roof that is leaking, ageing, covered in moss or simply overdue a proper look. From a single slipped tile to a full strip and re-roof, and from a first-time buyer worried about a stain on the ceiling to a property owner planning ahead.
What we specialise in
Pitched roofing: repairs and leak tracing, full replacements, felt and batten renewal, ridge re-bedding and repointing, broken and slipped tiles, roof cleaning, Velux and roof windows, and emergency call-outs. Primarily a roofing business, we also take on wider property and maintenance work where it makes sense for the customer.
